However, it’s your responsibility to remember your appointment time. #### Arriving late If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may be unable to see you, and your appointment is treated as a broken appointment (see Broken appointments). Deposits & refunds #### Your deposit The $40 deposit is a part-payment of your appointment fee. #### When your deposit isn’t refunded Your deposit is non-refundable if you: - don’t come to your appointment - arrive more than 7 minutes late, or - cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. #### Asking for a refund If you cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more, you can ask us to refund your deposit. Deposits are paid through Stripe, which charges a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. We can only refund the amount we received, which is your deposit less this fee. Broken appointments #### What counts as a broken appointment An appointment is broken if you: 1. don’t come to your appointment 2. arrive more than 7 minutes late, or 3. cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. #### Broken appointment fee Broken appointments may incur a fee of $50 for every 30 minutes booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call us on 03 337 4596 as early as you can. Payment #### Payment on the day Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. Unpaid accounts may be recovered using all legal means available to us. If you’re worried about being able to pay for your agreed treatment, please talk to our team before your appointment. Prices & quotes #### Prices on this website Prices shown on this website are a guide and may change. Your fee depends on the treatment you need, which we can only confirm after examining you. #### Quotes We’ll give you a personalised quote before starting treatment. Quotes are honoured for 3 months from the date of your treatment plan.
