Don't put your teeth on hold. # Work and Income Dental Grant ## **Get Started** There are two ways to get your WINZ assessment: **Option 1: Book now and pay on the day** Book a WINZ assessment straight away through our [online booking](https://apac.dentalhub.online/soe/new/Colombo%20Street%20Dental?pid=NZBRA01). Our assessment fee is $137. **Option 2: Have Work and Income pay for your assessment** Fill in the form below to request a $137 assessment quote for Work and Income to pay. Once it’s approved and paid, we’ll contact you to book. ### Your Details ![Colombo Street Dental](https://colombostreetdental.co.nz/hubfs/bunny%20toothbrush.png) ### How we can help - **Up to $1,000 a year** – Work and Income may help with essential dental treatment, and it usually doesn't need to be paid back - **What's covered** – Dentistry you need, including assessments and x-rays. Doesn't include cosmetic dentistry, routine check-ups or orthodontics - **Repayable WINZ options** – If you need work over the $1,000 limit or are exploring options such as dentures, Work and Income offers repayable options. We can provide quotes for these too **Community Services Card holders:** The WINZ dental grant is separate from the Community Services Card scheme, where you pay $40 towards a simple extraction of a painful tooth.
