What do dentists refer to us for?
- Surgical Extractions – Including full clearance and wisdom teeth extractions
- IV Sedation – For patients who need sedation for their treatment
- CBCT and OPG Imaging – 3D and panoramic x-rays taken on site
- Lab Work – Send us a digital scan and we’ll work with you directly on the restoration. We don’t see your patient clinically, so they stay in your care. If you haven’t used our lab before, please speak with Dr Brady first
How to refer a patient
Please email your referral to hello@colombostreetdental.co.nz, with your patient’s full name in the subject line. Include:
- your name and practice
- your patient’s name and contact details
- the treatment you’d like us to provide
- any relevant x-rays and clinical notes
We’ll contact your patient within 2 working days to arrange an appointment. If the referral is urgent, or you’d like to discuss a case with one of our dentists, please call us on 03 337 4596.
